PLAYFUL.. DESIRES

Twirl playfully between tongue and teeth..

Twirl playfully between tongue and teeth

you suck my yearning breasts, glistening with passion

Exploding quickly in your mouth

Filling it with my taste

Intelligent hands freely roam

Touching me in places that excite untamed emotions

Hands between thighs play in juices provided from the valleys

 Overflowing silky down the sides

Legs open wide for pleasure

Joy awaiting its pain

Pain.. Joyfully awaiting its pleasure

You touch me again … (im melting inside….)

Adding heat to our flames

Feathery fingers walk the rest of the way

 meet up on my nipples

Spend more time on my breasts

(Damn… breathing hard now..)You Caressing my sides is just plain elementary

Like a trained interpreter  You decipher my speech…..

My  zeeeeeeees (zeezs)… Mmmmmmmmms  Eeeeehns

And what they mean .. 😉

As skillfully we play between the sheets

 From bed to floor

 from couch to chair

 A game of tag

Overflowing into living room

 Bathroom

 Kitchen

 Open legs

 Hot burning desires

Hot burning desires of you and me…

THE MYSTERY OF YOU by Deloris Taku

THE MYSTERY OF YOU

(Another breath taking poem by my cousin Deloris… When I read it i was like, YES, those are my thoughts too……)

I know of no other

Quite like you.

Intelligent, intriguing,

Quircky and Quick.

Humourous and Humble,

Charming and Calm.

Shy and Sublime,

So right for my heart.

You came without warning,

Infecting my soul with a yearning,

conceived by your presence.

Delicious intricacies,

waiting to be devoured

Unknown secrets beckoning exploration.

Passions and desires

simmering just above your surface.

I’ll bid my time with careful home,

Patiently awaiting to unlock the Mystery of you

That Mystifies me beyond measure.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Robert Nesta “BOB MARLEY”..

My tribute to …

Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley, OM (6 February 1945 – 11 May 1981) was a Jamaican singer-songwriter and musician. He was the rhythm guitarist and lead singer for the ska, rocksteady and reggae band Bob Marley & The Wailers (1963–1981). Marley remains the most widely known and revered performer of reggae music, and is credited with helping spread both Jamaican music and the Rastafari movement to a worldwide audience.[1]

Marley’s music was heavily influenced by the social issues of his homeland, and he is considered to have given voice to the specific political and cultural nexus of Jamaica.[2] His best-known hits include “I Shot the Sheriff“, “No Woman, No Cry“, “Could You Be Loved“, “Stir It Up“, “Jamming“, “Redemption Song“, “One Love” and, “Three Little Birds“,[3] as well as the posthumous releases “Buffalo Soldier” and “Iron Lion Zion“. The compilation album Legend (1984), released three years after his death, is reggae’s best-selling album, going ten times Platinum which is also one Diamond in the U.S.,[4] and selling 25 million copies worldwide.[5][6]

He was born as Nesta Robert now known as Bob Marley

Bob Marley began growing his hair into dreadlocks after converting to the Rastafarian religion in the late 1960s

Bob Marley moved to England after he is shot in an assassination attempt at his home in Jamaica on December 3rd, 1976.

We call ourselves de Wailers… because we started out cryin’, Bob Marley explained, referring to the hardships band members experienced growing up in poverty in Jamaica.

Bob Marley and The Wailers were presented with a gold record for the successful sales of the 1980 album ‘Uprising’.

Bob Marley died on May 11th in 1981 and received a Rastafarian funeral service at the Ethiopian Orthodox church in Jamaica on May 21st. He was laid to rest in a mausoleum in his birthplace of Nine Miles.

A bronze statue of the legendary reggae artist Bob Marley stands in the Celebrity Park outside the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica.

Shrimps on Kale and plantains- (Farmers Kisses)

Shrimps on kale with plantains...(ripe) FARMARS KISSES..

Kale or borecole is a form of cabbage (Brassica oleracea Acephala Group), green or purple, in which the central leaves do not form a head. It is considered to be closer to wild cabbage than most domesticated forms. The species Brassica oleracea contains a wide array of vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens, and brussels sprouts. The cultivar group Acephala also includes spring greens and collard greens, which are extremely similar genetically.

Nutritional value

Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein, zeaxanthin, and reasonably rich in calcium. Kale, as with broccoli and other brassicas, contains sulforaphane (particularly when chopped or minced), a chemical with potent anti-cancer properties.[1] Boiling decreases the level of sulforaphane; however, steaming, microwaving, or stir frying do not result in significant loss.[2] Along with other brassica vegetables, kale is also a source of indole-3-carbinol, a chemical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells.[3][4] Kale is also a good source of carotenoids
