Into a bowl, grater the carrot. Add apple which is washed and sliced , add washed grapes..
Wash tomatoes and slice..,
Dressing for the Salad
Into a little bowl, mix in the well crushed ginger, salt, lemon juice, and oil..
Pour it on the salad and mix all together… Finally mix in the Walnut…
Now you are ready to enjoy a crunchy and tasty salad…
