Please let the change be something you can maintain, as part of your lifestyle in that way you will lose weight and keep it off.
To some they’ll barely make any efforts, while to some others the road to this is very tedious. I’ll advice you to start loving the PACKAGE YOU CARRY..  meaning every one of us has a responsibility to pimp and revamp our bodies via healthy NUITRAINTS.. Trust me, your body will thank you later.

Think about when and why you overeat? If you can avoid unplanned or habitual eating and keep to regular meals. There a wide variety of food from all food groups. Do well to check that you eat in the various food groups. Wholegrain bread and cereal, veggies, fruits, lots of water, diary, meat fish, legumes, if possible choose a low-fat varieties. Cut down on on saturated fat. Food should not be your comforter, especially when you are frustrated or angry .

YOGA is another wonderful way of relaxing and meditating.. it is never too late to pick on any sports of your choice.. make it a habit like I will always advice you
