Curry Lemon grass Soup

MAIN COURSE

Pineapple Curry Turkey with Rice

Saluk – Garden eggs with tomatoes and boiled plantains

Jerk Chicken

SALAD

Mixed Salad with eggs( eggs can be optional)

3 Paprika wash cut in cubs, 1 onions, chop it in tiny cubes, 3 cucumber cut into cubes,

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve as a dressing or a dip.
