Curry Lemon grass Soup

MAIN COURSE

Pineapple Curry Turkey with Rice

Saluk – Garden eggs with tomatoes and boiled plantains

Jerk Chicken

SALAD

Mixed Salad with eggs( eggs can be optional)

3 Paprika wash cut in cubs, 1 onions, chop it in tiny cubes, 3 cucumber cut into cubes,

4 tomatoes cut into cubes, 3 spring onions cut into bites Salad dressing. 3 hard boild eggs

3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, oil of your c

5 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve as a dressing or a dip.

  1. Looks like an awesome time there Maureen. I need a good recipe for jerk chicken. Some guy in Ocho Rios told me how to do it, but it just didn’t turn out. I need step-by-step haha.
