Think about when and why you overeat? If you can avoid unplanned or habitual eating and keep to regular meals. There a wide variety of food from all food groups. Do well to check that you eat in the various food groups. Wholegrain bread and cereal, veggies, fruits, lots of water, diary, meat fish, legumes, if possible choose a low-fat varieties. Cut down on on saturated fat. Food should not be your comforter, especially when you are frustrated or angry .

YOGA is another wonderful way of relaxing and meditating.. it is never too late to pick on any sports of your choice.. make it a habit like I will always advice you

Staying in shape can be as simple as going for a daily walk each morning and  performing two weight training sessions in the gym each week during the  evening.
