My Honey and Oat facial mask


I really Like the result of  my self made Honey, yogurt, lemon and Oat facial mask.
1 spoon Jogurt
1 spoon Honey
1 spoon Oat
Half spoon lemon Juice
Mix the above together rub on clean face.
Keep it on for 30mins to dry on face and then wash.

Use any facial oil of your choice.

My Fantastic 4 Berries smoothie

1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 cup Frozen Currant
1 cup Coconut cream
1 tsp Agave syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Blend it using a blender, blend until it is smooth

Makes 4 servings

Think about when and why you overeat? If you can avoid unplanned or habitual eating and keep to regular meals. There a wide variety of food from all food groups. Do well to check that you eat in the various food groups. Wholegrain bread and cereal, veggies, fruits, lots of water, diary, meat fish, legumes, if possible choose a low-fat varieties. Cut down on on saturated fat. Food should not be your comforter, especially when you are frustrated or angry .

YOGA is another wonderful way of relaxing and meditating.. it is never too late to pick on any sports of your choice.. make it a habit like I will always advice you
